2024-25 Campaign
The “Respire Campaign: Don’t let your stress have the last word!” is back!
For its 5th edition, the Respire Campaign wants youth to have their say, giving them the opportunity to share their concerns about stress and anxiety as well as the methods they use to maintain positive mental health.
To give young people more space on its platforms, Respire has organized a contest, “Become a Content Creator for a Day!”, aimed at youth in the Laurentians between the ages of 13 and 17.
